When you access Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B), we automatically collect certain information:

3.1 Within Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) Platform
- Project Teams: Your profile, contact information, and project updates are visible to other contractors and managers on shared projects
- Company Admins: If you're part of a company account, company administrators can view your activity
3.2 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform:
- Twilio (SMS Delivery): We share your phone number and message content with Twilio for SMS delivery. Twilio processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy (https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy). Data is stored in U.S. data centers. Twilio uses data solely for message delivery and does not use it for their own purposes. Message metadata (delivery status, timestamps) is also shared with Twilio for delivery confirmation.
- Cloud Hosting: Database and application hosting providers
- Email Services: Transactional email delivery
- Analytics Providers: Usage analytics and performance monitoring (usage metadata only, not message content)
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by law or to:
- Comply with legal processes, court orders, or government requests
- Enforce our Terms and Conditions
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B), users, or the public

SMS Data Retention Schedule
- Message content: Retained for 90 days after project completion
- Message metadata: Delivery status and timestamps retained for 2 years for compliance purposes
- Consent records: SMS consent status, consent date, and IP address retained for 5 years per regulatory requirements
- Phone numbers: Retained as long as your account is active
When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining project records for completed projects).
5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
5.1 Access and Update Your Information
- Account Settings: Log in to view and update your profile information
- Data Export: Request a copy of your personal data
- Corrections: Update inaccurate or incomplete information
5.2 Communication Preferences and Consent
- SMS Consent: You control whether you receive text message notifications. You can update your SMS consent at any time through the Preferences (⚙️) button in your account, or by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies based on project activity (up to 5 messages per week per active project). Message and data rates may apply.
- Email Consent: You control whether you receive email notifications. You can update your email preferences at any time through the Preferences (⚙️) button in your account settings.
- First-Time Consent: When you register, you provide consent for SMS and/or email notifications. You must select at least one communication method to receive important project updates.
- Consent Management: Click the Preferences (⚙️) button in your account header at any time to view and update your SMS and email consent preferences.
- Marketing Communications: Unsubscribe using links in emails (we currently do not send marketing emails)
SMS Opt-Out Process
When you reply STOP to any SMS message:
- You will immediately receive a confirmation message
- No further SMS messages will be sent (except the confirmation)
- Your preference is updated in your account within 1 hour
- Processing may take up to 48 hours to be fully effective across all systems
- You can re-enable SMS at any time in your account settings
- You will continue to have access to the platform and can view updates in-app
Note: Opting out of SMS does not block transactional messages related to your account security or critical system notifications required for platform functionality.
Important: We respect your communication preferences. Notifications are only sent to contractors who have provided explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting your ability to use the platform, though you must maintain at least one active communication method to receive critical project updates.
5.3 Additional Rights
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights:
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Right to Object: Object to processing of your information
- Right to Restrict: Request limitation of processing
- Right to Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously given consent

5.4 Account Deletion and Data Anonymization
You have three options for managing your account data privacy:
Option 1: Disable All Communications (Reversible)
- Turn off both SMS and email notifications
- Continue using the web portal to view project updates
- Reversible at any time through account settings
- No data deletion occurs
- Access: Account Settings → Privacy & Data Management → "Disable All Communications"
Option 2: Anonymize Account (Recommended for Privacy Compliance)
- Replaces your name with "Previous Contractor XXX"
- Removes your email address and phone number from system
- Disables login permanently (PIN hash cleared)
- Stops all communications (SMS and email)
- Preserves project history for General Contractors (with anonymized name)
- Complies with GDPR "Right to be Forgotten" and CCPA deletion requirements
- Cannot be reversed - this is a permanent action
- Access: Account Settings → Privacy & Data Management → "Anonymize My Account"
What Remains After Anonymization:
- Project associations (anonymized)
- Task completion records (with anonymized name)
- Trade/specialty information (not personally identifiable)
- Audit log entries (with anonymized identifier for compliance)
What Is Permanently Deleted:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your PIN/login credentials
Option 3: Full Account Deletion (Future Feature)
Complete account deletion with removal of all project associations is planned for a future release. This option will require admin approval and may impact project history visibility for General Contractors. If you require immediate full deletion, contact support@justenuf2b.com.
Processing Timeline:
- Disable Communications: Immediate (reversible anytime)
- Anonymize Account: Immediate and permanent
- Full Deletion: Within 90 days per legal requirements (when feature is available)
Certification of Anonymization: When you anonymize your account, you will receive confirmation with your anonymized identifier (e.g., "Previous Contractor 001"). This serves as proof of data removal for GDPR/CCPA compliance requests.
6. Children's Privacy
Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at support@justenuf2b.com, and we will promptly delete such information.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
7.1 What We Use
Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) uses the following technologies:
- Session Cookies: Essential for authentication and security (login sessions)
