1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is a construction project management platform designed to:

• Coordinate multiple contractors on construction projects
• Track project status, updates, and dependencies between trades
• Facilitate communication through notifications (SMS, email, in-app)
• Enable document sharing and project documentation
• Provide project scheduling and task management tools

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B), you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed contractor, construction professional, or authorized project manager
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.2 Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.3 Account Types

• Contractor Accounts: For individual contractors and trade professionals
• Project Manager Accounts: For general contractors and project managers
• Company Accounts: For construction companies managing multiple users

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) solely for legitimate construction project management purposes. You agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and timely project updates
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Maintain professional conduct in all communications

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the Platform: Use Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Impersonate Others: Falsely represent yourself as another person or entity
• Interfere with Services: Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
• Spam or Abuse: Send unsolicited messages, spam, or harassing communications
• Scrape or Harvest Data: Use automated tools to collect data from the Platform without permission
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Platform
• Remove Notices: Remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices or proprietary markings

5. Project Data and Content

5.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post to Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B), including:

• Project updates and status reports
• Comments and communications
• Photos and documents
• Task descriptions and notes

5.2 License Grant to Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B)

By posting content on Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Platform services
• Make your content accessible to other authorized users on shared projects
• Create backups and archives of your content

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except for content shared on collaborative projects which may be retained for project record purposes.

5.3 Content Standards

All content posted to Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) must:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not infringe on intellectual property or proprietary rights
• Not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
• Maintain professional and respectful tone

5.4 Data Accuracy

While Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) facilitates project communication and coordination, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information you provide. Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is not responsible for:

• Inaccurate project status updates
• Missed deadlines or scheduling conflicts
• Miscommunication between contractors
• Quality or completeness of work performed

6. Notifications and Communications

6.1 SMS Notifications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) for project-related notifications. See our SMS Terms for complete details.

You can opt-out of SMS notifications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) SMS
• Adjusting notification settings in your account
• Contacting support at support@justenuf2b.com

6.2 Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Transactional Emails: Account notifications, password resets, security alerts
• Project Notifications: Updates about projects you're assigned to
• Service Announcements: Important platform updates and changes

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) Ownership

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) and all related trademarks, logos, service marks, and content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the Platform or its components
• Create derivative works based on the Platform
• Publicly display or perform the Platform
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes beyond project management

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as SMS providers, payment processors, or mapping services). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
• Any content, products, or services provided by third parties
• Your interactions with third-party services

9. Payment Terms (If Applicable)

9.1 Subscription Plans

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) may offer free and paid subscription plans with different feature sets. Paid plans may include:

• Increased storage limits
• Priority support
• Additional user seats

9.2 Billing and Renewal

9.3 Cancellation and Refunds

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEREADY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages: Including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or project delays
• Direct Damages: Exceeding the amount you paid to Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Third-Party Actions: Actions or omissions of other contractors, project managers, or users
• Project Outcomes: Quality, timeliness, or safety of construction work performed

11.3 Project Management Tool Only

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is a project management and communication tool. We do not:

• Guarantee project completion or contractor performance
• Verify contractor licenses, insurance, or qualifications
• Assume responsibility for construction work quality or safety
• Provide legal, financial, or professional construction advice
• Mediate disputes between contractors or project stakeholders

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B), its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Content you post or share on the Platform
• Your construction work or professional services

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@justenuf2b.com.

13.2 Termination by Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data (subject to retention requirements)
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B), please contact us at support@justenuf2b.com to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as modified by these Terms.

Exceptions to Arbitration:

14.4 Class Action Waiver

15. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) regarding your use of the Platform.

15.2 Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• Prominent notice on the Platform
• In-app notification

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

15.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.6 Force Majeure

Trade Ready (by Just Enuf 2 B) is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service provider failures.
